My Focus and Approach
I have dedicated myself to being a different kind of agent. I love sales because I can earn a living by helping my customers in ways that change their lives for the better.  The business of Real Estate is not about houses and land - it is about the people that are affected by that real property and about -- Doing what is right for my clients. 

For Sellers that means finding the buyer who will pay top dollar for your home.
For Buyers that means matching you with a home that meets your wants and needs and ensuring we obtain it for the lowest possible price.

My Skills and Background
With more than 10 years of experience in the Atlanta real estate market, I am well versed in the process of buying and selling real estate.  As a developer, I bring a perspective that allows me to look beneath a property's surface and to see it's potential.  As an investor, I am constantly scanning the market for opportunities and am skilled in determining a property's highest and best use and in assessing its worth.  My background in corporate marketing and business development coupled with my Masters Degree in Business allow me a range of skills to draw upon when crafting offers, analyzing negotiation strategy, and in designing marketing campaigns.

I'm Your Neighbor
As a native Atlantan, I have a familiarity with and a passion for these city streets that you only acquire through watching the city grow and change over decades.  My reverence for this town stems from the fact that I have history here, around every corner.   And chances are, if I'm not actually your neighbor, I know someone who is.
