For Sellers that means presenting their home in the best possible light and maximizing marketing exposure so we find the buyer who will pay the highest price.

For Buyers that means understanding their goals, finding the right fit, and ensuring we get the best terms and deal possible.

My Skills and Background
With over two decades of experience investing in, developing, and buying/selling property in Atlanta, I'm well versed in all aspects of the process.  My corporate marketing and business development background coupled with my Masters Degree in Business Management allow me a range of skills to draw upon when identifying opportunities, analyzing properties, designing marketing campaigns, crafting offers, implementing negotiation strategies, and creating value for my clients.

As a native Atlantan, I have a familiarity with and a passion for these streets that I’ve acquired through watching the city grow and change over decades.  I have history here around every corner.  And chances are, if I'm not actually your neighbor, I know someone who is.
